My mindfulness-based approach seeks to help you develop a personalized set of skills to bring about relief and instill confidence to overcome life's challenges. Within a cognitive-behavioral framework, I strive to meet you where you are at while challenging you to consider new thoughts and ideas when helpful. Together we can work toward a clearer sense of direction, balance, and peace of mind.



Finding the right therapist!

Finding a therapist is not easy.  It can often be a daunting and difficult task to find the right fit.   It is of the utmost importance to find a therapist that you feel genuinely connected to. My approach is to promote an environment that exudes warmth, comfort and empathy.  My goal is to provide my clients with a safe, comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
